By accessing or using MDConvertHub (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site offers software-based tools to convert or preview Markdown content, primarily in your browser as described on each tool page. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

You are responsible for your use of the Site, for any content you process, and for complying with laws and third-party rights that apply to you.

The Site does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. Output formats and previews are for convenience only.

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDConvertHub AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE USE).

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or circumvent security; scrape the Site in a way that harms performance; or use the Site to violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights.

The Site’s branding, layout, text, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the Site by using it. You retain rights to content you create; you grant no license to your content except as needed for us to operate the Site (for example, serving pages to your browser).

We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by law. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
